Teambuilding and Management Development using the outdoors

 

We can now offer a Friday evening to Sunday afternoon Team or Management development outdoor event in the beautiful setting of North Wales. The course would suit:

• Staff with managerial responsibilities who wish to gain a greater insight about achieving tasks with people.
• Teams who already work together but wish to be more effective
• Newly formed teams who are keen to look at team building and maintenance activities

The outdoor weekend will be tailored to suit requirements and will offer:

• Pre and post event discussion
• A range of activities focussing on team and individual processes and responses
• A chance to work on enhancing personal effectiveness
• the opportunity to develop personal and team action plans
• An enjoyable, different and participative environment in the Welsh hills.

The weekend will be restricted to a maximum of 12 participants and will be led by John Pailthorpe and Brian Aldred
