Brian Aldred BA MEd

Brian has experience in both public and private sectors and has specialised in management and career development issues. He worked in education as a teacher, headteacher, school inspector and eventually Head of Clwyd's Management Development Unit. Here he worked with a variety of clients on a consultancy basis to add value.

He has extensive experience in the private sector working as a freelance consultant for the BBC, Industrial Society and on various commercial projects designing and delivering multi-media learning materials.

Brian has also worked for five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Management Development Adviser to senior staff. This involves one to one and group interventions focusing on leadership, teambuilding, coaching, influencing and other process skills. He is a qualified MBTI practitioner and NVQ assessor. He has a number of published occasional papers and pamphlets.
